Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, an on-site car park, and helpful luggage storage. I remember how the staff helped me with currency recommendations during my first stay. I highly recommend it for comfort and service. I’m coming back for a business trip.

A unique setup within a business building made this stay quite memorable. Checking in was a bit odd. you navigate through the building and take a small elevator to get to the hotel. Once there, the clean double room welcomed me with a lovely balcony view overlooking the creek. Breakfast stood out with an excellent variety, including fresh cheeses, meats, and delicious coffee. Bettina, the hostess, added a personal touch with her attentive service. The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of Triberg, especially with its charming cuckoo clocks and Germany’s highest waterfall nearby. One downside involved the entry, which felt like a secret mission. Once inside, everything was lovely. Overall, cleaner and more modern rooms could enhance the experience further. Parking right behind the hotel was convenient, but check the hours for free parking!

the entrance is like a secret mission, and the elevator is barely an afterthought. as for my room, it was just 'ok'. seriously, for the price, I expected at least a complimentary snack or something. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, this place woudl ve been better as a smaller lodging option, I guess.
